Build a simple review routine

Daily: a five-minute operating check

  • Confirm the correct organisation and check recent recorded activity.
  • Look for unavailable reports or unexpected gaps and investigate before acting.
  • Check rewards waiting to be claimed and confirm outlets can honour them.
  • Make sure the team knows today’s qualifying rules and how to scan and redeem.

Weekly: review one improvement

  1. Choose a consistent date range and note the selected stores and metric.
  2. Review reward and referral trends over complete, comparable periods.
  3. Inspect member progress and any unusual outlet activity.
  4. Choose one practical change, such as clearer QR placement or a staff refresher.
  5. Review the same measures the following week. Treat a change as a signal to investigate, not proof that the intervention caused it.
For example, a fictional café might make its counter QR more visible and ask staff to explain the stamp goal. It can then review recorded visits and member progress over comparable periods. Kardy does not measure the sign’s exposure or prove its effect on sales.

Monthly: check access, capacity and cost

Review Settings → Usage & limits, team access, outlet details and billing. Allowances are shared across the workspace; adding an outlet does not multiply them. Paused and expired memberships still count towards stored-member capacity. Plan capacity before reaching a limit rather than removing legitimate history. If you use agent connections, grant only the required read scopes and revoke unused access. Manual keys and OAuth share the monthly MCP allowance. Agents cannot read customer records or change your programme through these connections. See usage limits. Broadcast sending is coming soon. Do not plan a campaign around an available draft or preview; neither means messages can be delivered. Check broadcast availability before promising member updates.
To assess whether a reward is affordable, review your own sales, fulfilment costs and staffing costs alongside Kardy’s recorded activity. The dashboard does not calculate revenue, margin or return on investment.
