Outlet-quantity billing must be enabled for the selected business. If the
control is unavailable, contact Kardy; existing fixed-price subscriptions are
not automatically migrated. Adding a location does not purchase more capacity.
Follow the billing lifecycle
Change the number of paid outlets
All outlets use the business’s one subscription. Three paid Growth outlets cost S$150/month, not three independent subscriptions.- Open Settings → Billing as the selected business’s Owner.
- Review the paid outlet quantity and choose the new quantity.
- For an increase, confirm the new monthly total and prorated charge. Additional capacity unlocks only after payment confirmation. Use Refresh billing if needed.
- For a reduction, pause unwanted locations first and schedule the smaller quantity for the next renewal. Pausing or deleting a location alone does not lower the bill, and reductions do not automatically refund the current period.
Manage billing or cancel renewal
1
Open your workspace
Sign in at Kardy for merchants as the
Owner. Select the business whose bill you want to manage, then choose
Manage billing.
2
Review your subscription in Kardy Payments
Check the subscription, payment method, invoices and next billing date.
3
Cancel and confirm
Choose cancellation in Kardy Payments and complete its confirmation. Keep
the displayed access end date for your records.
4
Use the rest of your paid period
Cancellation stops renewal, not access you already paid for. You can reverse
a scheduled cancellation in Kardy Payments before the subscription ends.
Once it ends, paid merchant tools are unavailable.
Recover from a failed renewal
- On the paused workspace screen, choose Resolve payment in Kardy Payments.
- Update the payment method and complete any outstanding payment using Kardy Payments’s available options.
- Return to Kardy and select Check payment status. Access resumes after successful payment is confirmed—not simply when you save a different card.
- If payment succeeded but access remains paused, contact Kardy support with your workspace name and invoice reference. Never send card numbers or passwords.
What happens to customer cards?
Existing memberships remain in the customer’s Kardy wallet, with their saved progress.
Customers can open Why? for the explanation. Other active stores remain usable. Inactive stores are removed from the public directory and cannot accept new joins, stamps or reward claims.
Native wallet updates mark the store’s saved pass inactive when the update reaches the wallet service or device; delivery can be delayed. Check current availability in the Kardy wallet, not an old native pass image. The universal Kardy QR remains usable for other active memberships.
