Read your usage overview
Open Settings → Usage & limits as the organisation Owner. The overview lists MCP tool calls, Broadcast recipients, stored members, active outlets, team members and stored rewards. Each row shows used / limit, a capacity bar, and a warning when nearing or reaching the limit. Below the table, MCP usage and Broadcast usage each show Used, Remaining, Monthly limit, and the next reset date. Remaining capacity never displays below zero. No allowance means the workspace has no configured capacity for that resource; it does not mean unlimited usage. Use Refresh usage to request the latest totals. Monthly usage covers the current UTC calendar month, not a rolling 30-day window. Daily usage history and historical date filters are not available yet. These usage totals are separate from visit, reward-redemption and referral performance charts. The demo shows clearly labelled illustrative September 2026 usage. Its sample allowances are not included-plan promises. Use your live workspace for actual limits.Growth defaults
Scale uses agreed finite allowances, not unlimited capacity. Adding an outlet or
another agent does not automatically multiply allowances.
At the limit
The usage page warns at 80%. New capacity-consuming operations stop at the cap; existing memberships and earned rewards are not automatically deleted. There are no automatic overage charges. Contact Kardy to arrange additional capacity. Monthly MCP and email counters reset on the first day of the month at 00:00 UTC, not on the subscription renewal date. Stored-member capacity does not reset monthly. Switching keys, reconnecting OAuth or changing member status does not reset usage.Plans, activation and billing

What counts
- MCP: each authorised tool request and results page counts once. Manual keys and OAuth clients share the counter. Connection setup and discovery do not consume monthly calls; separate burst limits still apply.
- Email: each recipient reserves allowance when queued, including recipients later suppressed or failed. Retries do not reserve it again. An over-budget batch is rejected rather than partially queued.
- Stored capacity: paused or expired memberships and archived rewards still count. Existing over-limit records remain, but further capacity-consuming additions stop.
