Included usage
Growth: 1,000 PWA push notifications per paid outlet per UTC month. Scale: contact us. Pooled across the business: three paid outlets share 3,000 notifications. Only payment-confirmed outlets add capacity; creating a location does not. Changing outlet quantity does not reset usage. If a reduction puts usage over the new limit, new alerts pause until capacity is available again. One event allocated to two devices uses two notifications, even if delivery fails. Failed alerts are not automatically retried. Unused capacity does not carry forward. At the cap, new alerts pause until 00:00 UTC on the first of the next month. Loyalty operations continue, with no overage charges or replay of missed alerts. Owners can open Settings → Usage & limits → Notifications:
Select Refresh usage for current totals. Sent counts by send month; allowance
counts by allocation month. Adding outlets, removing devices or clearing logs does not
reset or multiply capacity. Sent history starts when tracking is enabled.

Businesses, devices and privacy
Settings apply to one business on one device. Repeat setup elsewhere. Each person can register five devices per business; save again within 90 days to keep a registration active. Turn off for this business affects only that business/device. Merchant-site sign-out disables all your merchant push registrations; sign in and enable again. Consumer-site sign-out does not affect them. Removed access or inactive billing stops new deliveries. Already-sent alerts cannot be recalled. Alerts contain no customer names or contact details; opening one checks access to the business. Why didn’t I receive an alert?
Kardy attempts delivery immediately after the successful action, without waiting for a batch or scheduled check. Alerts are best-effort: failed or interrupted sends are not automatically retried or replayed. Device connectivity, browser settings and the push service can delay or prevent an alert. Notification failure does not change the membership, stamp or redemption result. If an alert has not arrived, check:- The business, device and alert type are enabled, with allowance remaining.
- Browser permissions and Focus/Do Not Disturb allow notifications.
- On iPhone/iPad, you are using the installed Home Screen app.
- After sign-out, a device change or expiry, notifications are enabled again.
- If permission was blocked, allow it in device/browser settings and reload.
