Implemented on the development backend; production rollout is separate.

Separate brands from outlets

Sunday Coffee and Forma Studio are separate businesses, with their own programmes, teams, subscriptions and outlets. Two Sunday Coffee counters belong to one business—add them in Locations, not as separate brands.

Create another organisation

Choose Create organisation and complete setup. The new business becomes selected, but creating it does not charge you or activate a subscription. Start with one outlet. Add others in Locations after setup and arrange paid capacity before activation.
Single-outlet enforcement and quantity billing require rollout. If Settings → Billing has no paid-outlet control, contact Kardy.
Each business has one subscription. Three paid Growth outlets cost S$150/month; creating locations alone does not increase capacity. Added capacity requires confirmed payment. Each eligible new business can receive S$25 for its first outlet’s first month, then S$50/month. Additional outlets do not restart the offer. See billing terms.

Switch organisations

Open the organisation selector → Switch organisation. It shows your role in each business and works while a business awaits activation. Kardy remembers your selection but checks current access on every load. Only the selected business’s Owner can manage billing. Accepting a team invitation adds that business to your choices. No separate login is needed.
