Where: Merchant workspace → Activity → List view. Available to Owners and Managers. List view and Live are two views of the same recorded events. Use the tabs to switch between the searchable history and the latest events beside the globe. Action badges use green for stamps, purple for redemptions and blue for scans, with text labels in both themes. Member names open their existing detail panel; store names open the location page. Staff names open the matching account in Settings → Team & access, subject to owner permissions. Missing or restricted names are not replaced with guessed identities. Live also has Show on globe for focusing a store without leaving the feed. Your member, store and activity filters carry across when switching views.

Find an event

The list starts with the ten newest recorded events. Use Previous and Next to browse older records. Search by member name or code, then narrow by store or activity type. Clear filters returns to the full list. Each row includes the member, action, store, staff account and time. Details opens the recorded event ID and staff account ID. A missing staff display name does not erase the recorded attribution. From Members, open a member’s detail panel and choose View all activities in their history to open List view filtered to that member. The Live feed also links to member-filtered activity history.

Know what is counted

  • Stamp issued is a recorded stamp event, not foot traffic.
  • Reward redeemed is a recorded claim, not a payment.
  • QR scanned is a recorded scan event. Read-only membership checks and failed scans are not recorded in this log.
Events are append-only audit history. This page cannot edit or delete them.
Search needs a complete accessible member directory and currently supports up to 1,000 loaded memberships. If it cannot be loaded in full, clear search to browse events. An unavailable result is not an empty history. Demo records are fictional and do not represent saved customer activity.
For the latest recorded events alongside store locations, open Live view. For totals and trends, use Dashboard and reporting.
