Concept illustration: physical outlets share one brand programme.

Create one brand for a chain, then add each shop as an outlet.

Add or update an outlet

Open Locations in your merchant workspace. Select a store name, or use its three-dot menu and choose View store, to open its read-only overview. Choose Edit location to change the address, contact details, coordinates or status. Location overview returns without saving; a successful save returns to the overview. Select Add store to create a location. Enter its details and choose Save store; only that store is saved. All locations returns to the list. Outlets are peers; there is no main-store designation to manage. QR signs default to All locations. Choose a specific active outlet when you need an outlet-specific sign. Postal code is required during setup. Unit number and outlet phone are optional; you do not need to enter map coordinates.

Keep progress with the brand

A member’s loyalty membership belongs to the brand. Visits can be recorded at different outlets without creating a new membership at each one. Choose the correct outlet when scanning so visit reporting stays accurate.

Compare outlet activity

Locations focuses on the store network and performance table, without repeating an all-locations statistics panel. Open a store to see Performance this month and its daily or monthly visit graph. Use Refresh visits for the latest totals. For date-filtered brand totals, use Overview. Visits count staff-issued stamp events attributed to a location, not foot traffic or read-only QR checks. Dates use UTC. The daily graph includes today’s partial activity; the monthly graph includes the current month so far. Daily comparisons use the corresponding day 30 days earlier, which may be a complete day. When the activity history exceeds the reporting limit or cannot be fully loaded, the graph shows unavailable rather than an estimated trend. Exact totals can still be displayed separately. Demo values are illustrative. The compact store table includes an address preview, country flag where supported, and an active-status indicator. Compare by changes the ranking metric; the highest value is marked beside that metric, including ties. An inactive store does not show the active pulse. Each location overview shows this month’s visits, rewards redeemed and unique members who received a stamp. Monthly statistics use UTC; incomplete totals show Unavailable, not zero. Recent activity shows recorded scans, stamps and reward redemptions, newest first, ten per page across all dates. Search by member name or code, filter by activity type and use Previous/Next for older entries. Each row shows the member, the recorded staff account, the reward name when available, and the timestamp in the outlet’s time zone. Read-only membership checks and failed scans are not recorded in this activity log. A missing staff name does not erase attribution: the recorded account ID is shown when permissions prevent displaying the name. Activity is read-only and available to Owners and Managers in the same organisation. See Dashboard and reporting for location leaders, reporting periods and the meaning of incomplete data.

Preserve history

For an outlet that is no longer serving members, review its status before removing it. Scan and redemption records are audit history and must not be deleted to hide a mistake. Outlet-specific team restrictions are not yet documented as available. See roles before planning access for your team.

Additional outlets

Arrange billing and an outlet allowance before adding or reactivating stores beyond your capacity. See usage limits; additional outlets do not automatically multiply other allowances.
