Join the programme

Check that the brand appears in your wallet. If not, complete joining first.

Make a qualifying purchase

Follow the merchant’s published programme rules.

Show your Kardy QR

Present your code so authorised staff can record the purchase at the correct outlet.

Wait for confirmation

Staff select Add stamp and check the result. Refresh your card to see the updated progress.
Done when: the staff result confirms the stamp and your current card reflects the updated balance. Do not treat a disconnected screen as proof that nothing saved. If progress looks wrong, ask staff to check the result before submitting again. Keep the brand, outlet and visit time for Support; do not send your private QR. Next: Claim a reward.
