If memberships are missing, first check the signed-in account. Creating another account does not bring your old memberships across.

One reset for both sites

Your consumer wallet and merchant portal share one Kardy account. Resetting your password at getkardy.com also changes the password you use at merchants.getkardy.com, and vice versa. There is no separate merchant password. Use the new password for your next sign-in on either site. Your email, existing memberships, stamps, rewards, businesses, billing and team roles stay unchanged. Resetting a password does not grant access to a business. You may still need to sign in separately on each site. Do not assume that resetting your password signs out every existing session; contact Support if you suspect unauthorised access. Development/test accounts are separate from production accounts, even with the same email. Resetting one does not reset the other.

Reset your password

1

Check the account

Use the email associated with your existing Kardy memberships.
2

Reset a forgotten password

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page. Enter your own email and complete the verification and reset steps yourself.
3

Sign back in

Open the wallet with that account and check for the expected brand.
4

Ask for help if it is still missing

Contact Kardy Support with the affected brand and error message.
Done when: you can sign in and find your existing memberships. If you cannot access the verification email, ask Support rather than creating duplicate accounts.

Started signup but never entered the code?

Your account may already exist, but it still needs verification. You do not need a different email or another account.
  1. Return to Sign in with the email and password from your first attempt. Repeating signup with those same credentials also resumes the account.
  2. If verification is outstanding, Kardy opens the verification screen and requests a fresh email. Enter the latest six-digit code, or use the verification link if that is what the screen requests.
  3. If the code expired or the email did not arrive, check Spam, wait for the countdown, then choose Send a new code. A delivery failure does not delete your pending account; stay on the screen and retry.
  4. After verification, continue to your wallet, membership join or merchant setup. If asked for missing personal details, complete them to finish setup.
Forgot the original password? Choose Reset password or Forgot password and complete the email reset steps. Then sign in and finish verification if requested. Typing a different password into signup does not replace your existing password. Already verified? Repeating signup with the correct credentials signs you in without overwriting your profile. Consumer and merchant access share the same Kardy account; an existing login does not necessarily mean a business workspace exists. If sign-in succeeds but Kardy asks you to complete your details, your account is not lost. Finish the personal profile step to continue to your wallet. Do not create a replacement account. Store staff should never request your password, verification code, reset link or email-account access. Do not include private QR screenshots in support requests.
