Open Kardy

Sign in to the consumer wallet with the account that joined the programme.

Choose the brand

Open the merchant’s membership card. Each brand has its own progress.

Check the current reward

Review the stamp balance, goal and available reward details. Refresh if the card was already open when staff recorded a change.
Done when: the correct brand and current progress are visible. A screenshot from an earlier visit may not reflect today’s balance or reward availability. If the card is missing, check account access or finish joining.

Show one QR

To identify yourself at the counter, follow Show your QR. You do not need to select a brand card before showing the universal code.

Replace a compromised QR

Use the separate QR replacement flow. For a device-wallet copy, follow Save a native wallet pass.
