Read your dashboard
Illustrative reporting, not live business results. Use your workspace filters to inspect your own activity.
Start with a clear question
For example: “How many stamp visits did our first outlet record this month?” Keep the location, dates and metric consistent before comparing numbers.1
Choose the location
Open Overview. Use Add filter or the Store chip to select the
location you want to review. Keep the all-store view when checking the whole
programme.
2
Set the dates
The default is This month · UTC. Open Dates, choose a preset or edit
the bounds, then select Apply. Cancel keeps the previous selection.
The Overview filter row controls its totals, activity chart and location
performance together.
3
Read the activity
Use Show to switch between Member visits and Rewards redeemed.
Inspect individual days rather than relying only on the total. Overview
supports up to 366 days, including today’s incomplete day.
4
Follow up on the result
Review Location performance, open the relevant member or outlet, or use
View live for recent recorded events. Investigate the underlying
activity before changing the programme.
Know what the numbers mean
Unavailable is not zero. Check loading errors and retry before drawing a
conclusion. Reporting has bounded reads; narrow a date range if the report
cannot load completely. Demo figures are fictional, not saved transactions.
