Merchant MCP

Where: Merchant Settings → Agent connections. Connect Claude, Codex or another compatible MCP client using OAuth or an expiring manual key. Only the organisation Owner can approve connections and manage keys.

Access is read-only. Customer records, loyalty changes, billing and team changes are outside the available tools.

Permissions and usage

Agent connections shows an MCP limits summary before the setup controls:

• Growth: 1,000 tool calls per UTC calendar month, shared across the workspace.
• Request rate: 120 requests per minute per workspace; pause before retrying a rate-limit error.
• Connections: up to 10 active connections per brand, including manual keys and OAuth.

Scale has an agreed finite monthly allowance. Use View your actual limit, remaining calls and reset date to check the configured allowance, which may differ from the Growth default. These are existing limits, not automatic overage charges. The Owner chooses scopes and can revoke access. OAuth requests require the correct resource and approved redirect. Manual keys expire and are shown only once. All keys and OAuth clients share the workspace allowance. See its counting rules and reset date before scheduling agent activity. Open Settings → Usage & limits → MCP usage as the Owner to see calls used, remaining calls, the monthly limit and the next reset date. Choose Refresh usage for the latest totals. Each authorised tool request and each results page counts once. Setup and discovery do not consume monthly calls; separate burst limits apply. The allowance resets on the first day of the month at 00:00 UTC, not on your billing renewal date. Replacing a key or reconnecting an agent does not reset it. At the cap, wait for the reset or contact Kardy for more capacity. Daily usage history is not available yet. This is Kardy workspace usage, not your agent provider’s token usage or subscription balance.
