## Investigate a missing stamp or unexpected claim

  <Step title="Find the membership">
    Open **Members**, confirm the correct person and inspect **Activity
    history**. Choose **All activity**, **Visits** or **Redemptions** as
    appropriate.

  <Step title="Trace the recorded event">
    Choose **View all activities** to open the member-filtered list. Narrow by
    store or action and inspect the date, staff account and reward. **Details**
    shows the recorded event identifiers when you need to reference an event.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check the context with the team">
    Confirm the outlet and qualifying rules. A scan is not the same as a stamp,
    and a failed scan is not a successful recorded visit. Do not issue another
    stamp merely to make a report match an expectation.

[Activity history](/features/activities) is an audit record; you cannot edit or
delete events there. [Live view](/features/live-view) shows store pins and the
latest ten recorded events, not customer positions or online visitor counts.
