# Reports and PDF exports

> Review business activity over 7 or 30 days and export a report to PDF anytime.

**Where:** Merchant portal → **Settings → Reports**. Owner only.

> Reports and exports are in development rollout. Scheduled weekly report emails
> are not offered. No email-service subscription is needed to export.

## Reports when you need them

Choose the last **7 days** or **30 days**, compared with the preceding equal-length
period. Times are displayed in Singapore time. The start is included and the end
is excluded. Each business has its own report, accessible only to its current
Owner with an active business subscription. There is no email toggle or schedule.

## What is included

| Metric | Meaning |
| - | - |
| New members | Memberships created during the period. |
| Stamp transactions | Confirmed stamp events, not unique visits, spend or revenue. |
| Rewards redeemed | Confirmed redemption events, including birthday rewards. |
| Members earning stamps | Distinct memberships with a stamp event during the period. |
| Returning members | Members earning stamps during this period who also earned a stamp before it. |

The full report also breaks down stamp transactions and redemptions by outlet.
Historical activity without an outlet is still included in business totals.
Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers and birthdays are not included.
These are recorded figures, not AI forecasts or inferred sales.

## Export to PDF anytime

1. Open **Settings → Reports**.
2. Choose **View & export last 7 days** or **last 30 days**.
3. In the report, choose **Export PDF**.
4. Choose **Save as PDF** in your browser's print dialog. Use A4 portrait.

Figures reflect the records available when viewed. Report links require sign-in
and Owner access; exporting does not create a public report link.
