Use a supported phone camera or manual code entry. A scan identifies the account;
staff still confirm the correct membership, outlet and operation.

## At the counter

## Permissions and safeguards

Authorised staff need an active brand subscription. Redemption is checked against
the reward's eligible outlets. Recorded events are audit history; retries must not
create duplicate stamps or claims. A QR contains an opaque token, not contact details.

  Scanning in the demo does not record real events. A camera permission failure
  does not make manual code entry unavailable.
