# Find a membership card

> Open the right brand and check your current stamp progress.

  <Step title="Open Kardy">
    Sign in to the [consumer wallet](https://getkardy.com/member) with the
    account that joined the programme.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the brand">
    Open the merchant's membership card. Each brand has its own progress.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check the current reward">
    Review the stamp balance, goal and available reward details. Refresh if the
    card was already open when staff recorded a change.
  </Step>
</Steps>

**Done when:** the correct brand and current progress are visible. A screenshot
from an earlier visit may not reflect today's balance or reward availability.

## Show one QR

To identify yourself at the counter, follow [Show your QR](/customer-journey/show-qr).
You do not need to select a brand card before showing the universal code.
