# Show your QR at the counter

> Present your current Kardy identity so staff can find your membership.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open your wallet">
    Sign in to [Kardy](https://getkardy.com/member) with the account that joined
    the programme.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Show my QR">
    The universal QR works across your memberships. You do not need to select a
    merchant card first.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Let staff scan">
    Keep the code visible and increase screen brightness if needed. Staff use
    their selected brand and outlet to find the correct membership.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm what you want to do">
    Tell staff whether you are collecting a stamp or checking a reward. Showing
    the QR alone changes nothing.
  </Step>

**Done when:** staff recognise the correct membership. Earning or redeeming still
requires a separate confirmed action.

If the QR cannot load, choose **Refresh and try again**. Do not share screenshots
